Cancellation Policy
Life happens and if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. This is out of respect to me, and for other clients who may be on a ‘wait list’.

Sassy’s Nail Studio is not a “walk-in” salon. Booking Reservations are required. Please try to book 1-2 weeks in advance for your service. Bookings shall only be placed by the bookings option on my Facebook page or my website. Please do not call, message or text for an appointment as I cannot guarantee your preferred time. Do not arrive early for your scheduled appointment as I may have a client before you and you will only be asked to wait outside while I finish.
